Berry Smoothie Freezer Pops ~

My kids absolutely love these Berry Smoothie Freezer Pops! I absolutely love that they're a super healthy treat that's refined sugar free and made with all-natural ingredients. I also love I can make them in less than 5min! These pops help my kids cool off on a hot summer day and fill them up with lots of the good stuff. And by making our own freezer pops, there's no wrapper waste ~ another reason to love these. 🙂

1/2 banana

1/3 cup each of raspberries and chopped strawberries*

Handful of baby spinach leaves

1/4 cup pure, unsweetened orange juice (not from concentrate)

1/2 cup coconut water OR water

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour into pop molds and place in freezer.

Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Makes 6 - 1/3 cup pops

*You can also substitute blackberries or blueberries for either the raspberries or the strawberries

If you love these Berry Smoothie Freezer Pops, I'd greatly appreciate you sharing this post so that others can enjoy this yummy, easy recipe as well. Thank you.
