Berry Smoothie Freezer Pops

My kids love, love, love these! I love that they're a super healthy treat, refined-sugar free, and made with all-natural ingredients. I also love I can make them in less than 5min! These pops help my kids cool off on a hot summer day and fill them up with lots of the good stuff. And by making our own freezer pops, there's no wrapper waste ~ another reason to love these. 🙂

Ingredients:

1/2 banana

1/3 cup each of raspberries and chopped strawberries*

Handful of baby spinach leaves

1/4 cup pure, unsweetened orange juice (not from concentrate)

1/2 cup coconut water OR water

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour into pop molds and place in freezer.

Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Makes 6 - 1/3 cup pops

*You can also substitute blackberries or blueberries for either the raspberries or the strawberries
