After spending nearly 2 years in bed with chronic health conditions that perplexed health professionals, I found the root cause of my suffering ~ nervous system dysfunction.

As a Certified Wellness Coach I was well educated in how to calm the nervous system, but I had no idea how to heal the nervous system, and frankly didn’t know that my nervous system required healing. Upon discovering my chronic health conditions were rooted in my nervous system, I embarked on an incredible journey of healing. At long last, I was able to end my chronic suffering and the many patterns of quiet suffering that the women in my family lived with for generations, all through healing my nervous system.

In my unique coaching program women learn practical and proven ways to help them dramatically transform their lives. Through my Total Transformation 90-Day program women cultivate a deep connection with themselves, own their truth, release excess weight, and
experience freedom in the knowing that they have the power to heal, ultimately granting access to their authentic selves that reside within.

I coach women in my virtual program from all over the world including North America, England, and Trinidad and Tobago. Alongside my coaching practice, I teach workshops both online and in-person. I’m a trained public speaker who receives praise for my motivational style. I regularly offer holistic health solutions and advice in interviews on podcasts and at speaking events in the U.S. and in my home city of Toronto, Canada.

I’m a Certified Health & Life Coach and Yoga Nidra Instructor with additional training and certifications in: Holistic Health & Nutrition, Meditation, Mindfulness Practice, Energy Healing, Energy Medicine Techniques, and Reiki. I believe in ongoing education and always continue to study, heal, and grow.

I’m dedicated to teaching women that self-care is fundamental for personal growth. I empathize with the demands of busy life that women live with, alongside the struggle of chronic health conditions that are all too often misunderstood and misdiagnosed. After suffering through my own chronic health issues, I’ve expanded my teaching to include nervous system regulation as a foundational practice for true self-care. Through the combination of my exceptional intuitive gifts, extensive education, and lived experiences, I offer a unique approach empowering women to put themselves at the top of their to do list and live authentically.
