Let's Share Our Smile ~ Imagine if every single one of us made a point of smiling at a stranger on the street. What a different world we would live in! Not only does it make us feel good to smile, smiling also helps to reduce our stress. And research shows that when we see someone else smiling, we can’t help but smile right along with them.
Our Small Thing for the next month is to, Share Our Smile. Let's all commit to making eye contact with the people we pass by and give them a smile. When you are out walking your dog, smile at the person who passes you. When you are getting on the bus, smile at the bus driver. Or share your smile with a fellow shopper in the grocery store.

There is significant power in what we do, no matter how small.
This will be fun to do this together. While this is a practice for me already it is a natural, organic on the subtle side practice. I recently thought I would step this up in a big way and now I have the encourage to do so.
