Breakfast Smoothie

Don't let the color of this smoothie fool you - it's delicious! It's loaded with goodness, tastes great and gives me the energy I want first thing in the morning.  

Ingredients:

1 banana

1 apple,* sliced

1 cup frozen raspberries

½ cup frozen spinach

½ cup frozen kale

2 cups coconut water

1 (heaping) Tbsp coconut oil

3 Tbsp chia seeds

 

Directions:

Place everything in a blender and blend until smooth.

Makes 2 servings.

*Also delicious with a pear in place of the apple.
