Easy Fruit Salad~

 

Nothing says summer like a fruit salad. With the abundance of so many delicious fruits in season, why not enjoy this classic on a hot, summer day? It's both refreshing and delicious! Here's the Fruit Salad recipe we all love in our house. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

 

Ingredients:

 

1 pineapple, peeled, cored and cut into bite-size wedges

1/4 of a large watermelon, peeled and cut into bite-sized wedges

2 cups fresh strawberries, leaves removed and cut into quarters

2 cups fresh blueberries

1 medium-sized navel orange (juice only)

 

Directions:

 

Place all fruit into a large bowl and gently mix together.

Squeeze all the juice from the orange over top and gently mix the fruit again to ensure an even coating of the juice over the fruit.

Cover and store in fridge for at least one hour before serving, allowing the fruit to marinate in the orange juice.

Keeps for 2-3 days in fridge.
