Easy Vinaigrette ~

This Easy Vinaigrette is, you guessed it, super easy to make! It works well on most salads and is made with only 4 ingredients that you probably already in your kitchen. Why pay more to buy a bottled version of this when you can make it in less than 5min?




2 Tbsp olive oil*

1 1/2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar OR apple cider vinegar**

2 tsp Dijon mustard

2 tsp honey




Put all ingredients in a small bowl and whisk together.

Makes about 1/4 cup.


You can store leftover vinaigrette in the fridge for up to one week in a glass jar with tight fitting lid.


TIP: Refrigeration can cause olive oil to solidify. Don't worry, it doesn't affect the quality or flavor. Remove vinaigrette from the fridge about 15min before you want it, this will bring the olive oil back to room temperature returning it to its normal consistency and color.


*I recommend using a high quality, organic olive oil because some inexpensive brands use substitute ingredients.

**If you don't want to use balsamic vinegar, use the same amount of apple cider vinegar instead.
