This couldn’t be easier to make! It’s a yummy, healthy snack to grab on the go and the chopped dates add a bit of healthy sweet. In our house we all love dipping into the trail mix jar when we feel like a quick bite.

1 cup unsalted peanuts

½ cup each unsalted pumpkin seeds, unsalted cashews and walnuts

¼ cup unsalted almonds

1/3 cup Medjool dates, pitted and chopped

Mix together and Voila, you have trail mix!
