Love Well ~

'If I asked you to name all the things you love, how long would it take you to name yourself?'

I'm sure you've heard this question before, and what would your answer be? Are you one of the millions of women who love so many and so much, before loving themselves?

Learning self-love, or as I like to think of it, learning to fill your own well with love, is one of the most important things, if not the most important thing, you can do for yourself. Our Small Things for the month of October, is Love Well.

I know for sure that when you love yourself, everything else in your life falls into place.

Self-love is something that we all require and it's also something we can all do. It doesn't matter where you are in your life or if you've never learned how to love yourself. It's never too late to begin this necessary practice.

All this month, we'll be talking about L-O-V-E and how to give yourself more of it!

Stay tuned for upcoming blogs and follow along on social media; Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, to learn more.

In fact, I feel that this particular wellness focus is so important and necessary to practice, that I've decided to do something I've never done before! All month long, I'll be adding extra tips exclusive to Your Live Well Journey Insiders, our closed Facebook group for women who are on the journey to living well. If you aren't already a member, click here to request joining and receive extra tips and motivation to Love Well.

And don't forget to share your own self-love tips by adding a comment to this post. Your sharing has the potential to inspire someone else. Sometimes we just need a little dose of inspiration to motivate us. 🙂

Remember, there is significant power in what we do, no matter how small.
