Deepen Your Self-Care ~
With what we've lived through over the past 2 years I've heard many women express how exhausted they are. Understandably so! Everything that we've experienced has taken its toll and for many, self-care has fallen waaay down on the list of priorities.

Your Live Well Community is a private membership group for women. In the community we focus on calming the nervous system, cultivating a deeper connection to self, increasing energy, improving diet, daily movement, and sleep. There's also a strong focus on learning how to feel worthy of self-care while living healthier and happier. Plus so much more!
I always say self-care is a broad term, it's an umbrella term because there's so many practices that fall under the title of self-care. In Your Live Well Community we focus on one self-care practice each month. After you’ve been working on the same practice for an entire month, you’re more likely to continue with that practice. This focus sets you up for self-care success while helping to prevent overwhelm. You learn about each month's practice through the live online teachings and meditations offered. PLUS, in the community, you receive daily inspiration from all the custom content!
Did you know that inspiration which is one of the most important things you can have in your life? And that there's a difference between inspiration and motivation? Often people think of those two words as being the same thing, but they're not. Motivation is fantastic at getting you started, however motivation doesn't last. What you want after you feel motivated is to feel inspired daily. It’s inspiration that keeps you going. Inspiration is felt in the body, and this is what makes it so much more powerful than motivation. When you feel inspired, you’re far more likely to continue with whatever it is you’re wanting to achieve. Your Live Well Community is a group that will keep you feeling inspired.
The other reason why I wanted to create this community right now is because we’re lacking a sense of community. Community is something we all need at our basic survival level. Just as we need food, water, and shelter, human beings need to feel that they’re a part of something. We do better when we're surrounded by like-minded souls. We do better when we feel supported by, and connected to, others.
One of the reasons women struggle with self-care is because they don't feel supported. Trying to practice self-care on your own, along with everything else that's on your to-do list, is hard. You don't have to do it alone. Your Live Well Community offers the opportunity to connect with other like-minded women, something that many are desiring right now.

Remember ~ Never stop upgrading yourself. You upgrade your phone, your computer, the windows in your house, your car, and so much more. Don't forget to upgrade yourself too. Don't ever stop challenging yourself, stepping outside your comfort zone, learning something new, or raising the bar for yourself. You're here to grow, blossom, and evolve into the best person you can be. You're here to be better than you were yesterday. Don't deny yourself that opportunity and limit your potential. It’s a disservice to you and it is a disservice to everybody around you. Be willing to become better than you were yesterday because you deserve to. Your Live Well Community can help!
