The 12 Days of Gratitude ~ Strength ~

 

It's Day 11 of the 12 Days of Gratitude; time to express how grateful you are to those in your life who've offered you their strength. After all, they played an important role in helping you get where you are right now.

We all have mountains to climb in life and they can sometimes be challenging on our own. Knowing that you have the strength of another to help you, gives you the extra strength you require to keep going. 

When we feel genuine gratitude expressed to us, it makes us feel appreciated. Feeling appreciated makes us feel good and that can help motivate us to become better. It can also inspire us to express our gratitude to someone else.

Think about all the people in your life that you interact with each and every day. How often do you let them know how much you appreciate them?
